Booking Terms and Conditions
About these conditions
By completing your booking, you accept these Booking Terms and Conditions and any other conditions that may be provided to you during the booking process.
1. Reservations
Reservations can be made online. Reservation confirmation will be sent by email after payment is received.
2. Payment
Reservation
Payment of 100% of the total stay cost is required for reservations made through the website sabugohouse.pt, at the time of booking. Municipal Tourist Tax
From September 1st, 2024, Ponta do Sol will apply a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person/per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, in order to provide the municipality with better conditions to welcome you (https://www.cm-pontadosol.pt/viver/atividade-municipal/turismo/taxa-turistica-municipal).
The payment request for this fee is made by email, after check-out, for reservations made through the Sabugo House booking engine.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 4 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Requests for late check-out (until 12:00 PM) must be made in advance and are subject to availability and an associated extra cost.
Requests for early check-in (from 2:00 PM onwards) must be made in advance and are subject to availability and an associated extra cost.
4. Occupation
The maximum number of guests allowed in the unit is 4 (four) in the Panoramic Attic apartment and 4 (four) in the Hidden Corner apartment.
No additional guests are allowed without prior authorization.
If it is proven that the total number of guests during the stay is greater than the number of guests registered in the reservation, an additional fee will be charged, corresponding to the actual number of guests plus a penalty fee (15%). The Payment Request will be sent by email.
5. Rules of Ownership
Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
Animais de estimação não são permitidos.
Guests must respect the property and the neighbors by keeping noise at an acceptable level.
Não é permitido realizar festas/eventos.
6. Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
The property is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Cancellation/Reservation Modification Policy
1. Reservation cancellation
Reservations made through the Sabugo House booking channel are non-refundable. Consequently, if you do not show up or cancel a reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
2. Reservation change
Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
